“ Incredible experience. My wallet was stolen, but G, Chris and Tony were incredible. They managed to locate who stole my wallet and took appropriate action and within a couple of hours I had been reunited with my things. They were incredible helpful and really went the extra mile. My whole group were really impressed with how they handled the situation. An already really enjoyable experience was made even better by G Chris and Tony. There was also a young lad behind the bar, wearing a Wales rugby top that was really welcoming and made our drinks really quickly, all whilst having top craic - didn't get his name though. “ What a lovely warm welcome! Myself and my boyfriend went yesterday and had a fantastic time - massively due to G behind the bar, he was super accommodating to us, kind and really friendly. He was also super proactive in keeping the bar safe for guests - he dealt with a troublesome lad really well, made us feel very safe. We will absolutely be back! (Also the chocolate whiskey (mars bar I think??) drink absolutely slaps!) ”

“ Absolutely love this place! Was lucky enough to be invited down to an advanced opening back in Novemeber 2021 to get a general feel for the place and provide feedback. It's a great atmosphere and quite a unique place as I believe it's the only arcade bar in Cardiff. Staff are always very welcoming and friendly! Whenever I've needed any assistance they're always happy to help. Drinks are reasonably priced for a city center and they have loads of amazing game themed cocktails on offer as well as your standard beer wines and spirits. The arcade games are reasonably priced and there's a good variety to keep you busy for hours! ”
“ Really loved it here. First time there and went with my sister and her partner as they were visiting. Arrived early for our table but we prepaid for a package so got given that first. The staff were absolutely wonderful, no issues. They were chatty, approachable and helpful! The games were great and a lot of fun! Cocktails were awesome and fun! One thing I marked down was the atmosphere. Not sure what I was expecting but did not expect there to be a DJ there and it was loud! The DJ also duplicated the songs a few times and we were only there for 2.5 hours. So a heads up for you if you don't like it being too loud! ”
